This website is owned and operated by Agritrac. Agritrac is a company registered in the Republic of Ireland.
The terms and conditions set out below are provided by Agritrac (referred to as “us,” “we,” or “Agritrac”) for the information of visitors (referred to as “you” or “your”) to our website. This website is intended strictly for use by individuals aged 18 years and over. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. In addition, placing an order signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and retain a copy for future reference.
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase those goods and as confirmation that you have accepted the terms and conditions set out by us. Please note that different terms (including prices, delivery charges, delivery times, and product availability) may apply to purchases made in our physical stores. Very occasionally, the price displayed in-store may differ from the price quoted on this website. This may be due to store promotions, sales of excess stock, or other price fluctuations.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect strictly from the date they are posted on this website. You will be required to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order to ensure you are familiar with the current terms and conditions applicable at that time.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We make every effort to ensure that all information on this website is as accurate, current, and up-to-date as possible, and we aim to make the site easy to use and navigate. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability or accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All actions taken by users of the website are the sole responsibility of the individual.
Payment and Prices:
The total price payable for the goods will be stated at the time you place your order, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price of goods to reflect any increase in our suppliers’ prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties, or to correct any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions where the price published for the goods was incorrect—regardless of whether the order has already been confirmed. If a pricing adjustment is required, we will make every effort to inform you of the correct price and provide you with the option to cancel the order or purchase an alternative product.
All prices on our website are stated in euro (€), are exclusive of VAT, and are subject to delivery charges, which are calculated at the time of placing an order. At present, we only ship goods to addresses within the Republic of Ireland.
Description of Goods:
All images, descriptions, and specifications displayed on our website are provided solely to give an approximate representation of the goods. For full and detailed specifications, please refer to the manufacturer’s website. As we continually work to improve our product range and product database, we reserve the right to change product specifications, designs, and colours without prior notice. Many of the products we supply are technical in nature, and it is not always practical to publish comprehensive specifications for every item.
Website: Use and Security:
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account or while using www.agritrac.ie, which is provided by Agritrac. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access, use of your account, or any breach of security.
Payments are processed through Stripe Payments, our trusted online payment provider, to ensure a secure and reliable checkout experience. All card transactions occur directly on Stripe’s secure servers, so your payment details remain fully protected. Multiple technical safeguards are in place to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your information. Stripe uses tokenisation and industry-leading security technologies such as AES-256 encryption, HTTPS with TLS 1.2+, and full PCI DSS compliance to protect all card payments.
Acceptance of Order:
The receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance of that order by us. Acceptance of your order, and the formation of a binding contract, will occur only when the goods you have ordered have been dispatched to you, unless we have informed you that your order has not been accepted, or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods and to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, typographical mistake, or omission.
Pricing Errors:
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or changes in taxes or duties, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.
If your payment card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund to your card for the amount charged at the incorrect price, including any applicable delivery charges.
Payment Methods:
We accept most major debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. When placing an order, please enter the exact billing address and phone number associated with your payment card. Providing incorrect details may delay the processing of your order. Your order will be processed only after your card has been successfully authorised.
Availability of Goods:
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason, you will not be charged, and any payments already made will be refunded. However, we cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may incur as a result of our failure to supply the goods.
Delivery Charges:
All delivery charges will be added to the product price at checkout.
Delivery Times:
We will make every effort to deliver consumer products within the Republic of Ireland within 5 working days after payment has cleared. While we aim to deliver goods within the stated timeframes, all deliveries are subject to availability, and delays may occur that are outside our control. Any delivery dates provided are approximate, and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from any delay in delivery.
If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. In the event of unavoidable delays from our suppliers, you have the right to cancel your order, and we will refund any payments you have made for the goods. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase a similar product of equal value.
At the time of delivery, you will be required to sign for the product, at which point it becomes your sole responsibility.
Risk:
Once we have delivered the goods to your address, responsibility for them transfers to you. We will only deliver to the address provided on your order, and goods will not be left without a valid signature. From the time the goods are signed for, any loss or damage will be at your own risk. Any transit damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be recorded on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
Time Limit for Notification of Claims:
If goods arrive in a damaged condition, you must note this on the carrier’s delivery consignment note and notify us within 3 days of delivery. It is also your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as stated on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be recorded on the consignment note, and you must inform us within 3 days of delivery.
You are responsible for notifying us of any incorrect goods supplied within 3 days of delivery. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
If goods returned under this clause are found to be undamaged and in full working order, they will be returned to you, and an administration fee of 20% of the price of the goods, along with the cost of carriage, will be charged to your credit card.
Product Guarantees:
All products supplied are covered by the Manufacturer’s Guarantee for a period of 6 months from the date of invoice, unless otherwise stated. If your product develops a fault or defect within 6 months of delivery, we will repair it or, if repair is not possible, provide a replacement. If neither option is possible, we will issue a refund. This guarantee does not cover faults resulting from accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
If you return an item to us, please ensure you do not include anything you wish to keep.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation of Orders, Returns, Refunds and Repairs:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 3 working days from the date of delivery for a full credit or refund, less any delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return the items in pristine, saleable condition, in their original box and packaging. You are fully responsible for the return of the goods and any associated return costs.
Goods received in an incomplete, damaged, or non-saleable condition will be returned to you, and the cost of return carriage will be charged to your account. Before returning any products, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. If you do not return the goods within 3 days after notifying us of your intention to cancel the order, your right to cancel will be revoked.
We cannot cancel your purchase or issue a refund if the product is returned without proof of purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Access to Agritrac.ie
We will make every effort to ensure that the website is available without interruption and operates error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Your access to the website may occasionally be delayed, suspended, or restricted to allow for maintenance, necessary repairs, or the introduction of new services. We will endeavour to minimise the duration and frequency of any such disruptions.
Errors and Omissions:
Agritrac will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the parts, products, or machinery supplied by us. Our warranties extend only to the level provided by our suppliers, and labour costs are not covered under any warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all supplied items are fully insured, whether for personal use or for resale.

You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content is strictly prohibited, and you agree not to assist or enable any third party to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from such material.

Miscellaneous:
All goods remain the property of Agritrac until paid for in full. Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment has been received. An invoice will be issued once the goods have been dispatched.
You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions, or any related reservation for products, to any third party unless agreed with us in writing. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
If you have any questions regarding this website, its practices, or these terms and conditions, please contact us at info@agritrac.ie.
Terms of service:
The following terms and conditions are provided by Agritrac (referred to as “us,” “we,” or “Agritrac”) for the information of customers (referred to as “you” or “your”) who use our services. This service is intended strictly for individuals aged 18 years and over. Your use of our service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Additionally, authorising any work signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and retain a copy for future reference.
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect from the date they are posted on this website. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Note: A violation of these terms and conditions may result in your warranty being voided.
Prices:
All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. For the most up-to-date service rates, please contact us directly. Any estimate provided is our considered approximation of the likely cost of the work and/or goods and is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued. Estimates are based on the condition of the machine as presented at the time of inspection.
Each estimate is based on the published recommended retail price of the goods at the time the estimate is prepared. If the manufacturer or supplier subsequently changes the recommended retail price after the date of the estimate, we will notify you of any resulting increase.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, if it becomes apparent during the progress of the work that the estimate will be exceeded by more than twenty five per cent (25%), we will notify you and will not proceed further without your explicit authorisation. We accept no responsibility for work exceeding the original estimate where additional issues arise due to the technical nature of machinery, or where accurate diagnosis is not possible without dismantling. Fully dismantling a machine solely to prepare an estimate is often costly and impractical.
We reserve the right to increase prices for work on vehicles that show evidence of misuse, modification, installation of non-genuine or incompatible parts, poor condition, or previous substandard workmanship.
All estimates are exclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are quoted in Euro (€).
Payments:
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, cheques, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods.
Credit facilities are available to approved account holders only. For account holders, payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. Invoices not settled within the agreed timeframe may incur late payment fees.
Warranties:
We will perform all work with reasonable care and skill and will use our best endeavours to ensure that the workmanship remains free from defects. Our services and parts include a warranty period, which varies depending on the nature of the work carried out. Unless otherwise stated, a standard six-month warranty applies to all service work and parts.
The warranty will be void if any unauthorised repairs, vehicle misuse, or modifications occur during the warranty period.
All issues or suspected faults must be reported to Agritrac within 24 hours for assessment and resolution. No repair, rectification work, or intervention should be undertaken before notifying Agritrac. Only Agritrac technicians are authorised to determine whether a vehicle can be driven or must be recovered by low-loader.
Parts:
Only genuine parts will be fitted to all machines. Agritrac installs parts supplied exclusively by our authorised suppliers within Ireland and mainland Europe. We do not fit parts supplied by customers or third parties, nor do we install used, second-hand or spurious parts. This policy ensures that all work is completed to a high standard, remains fully guaranteed and insured, and allows defective parts—should an issue arise—to be replaced quickly with minimal disruption to our customers.
All goods supplied are genuine and/or OEM high-quality parts and carry a full six-month warranty.
Ownership of goods transfers to you only upon full payment of the invoice. Until payment is received in full, all goods remain the property of Agritrac.
Service:
For certain jobs that require a third-party company or specialist service, we will only work with approved providers. Agritrac will liaise directly with these companies to ensure the work is completed to our standards.
Agritrac offers both workshop and on-site (roadside) servicing; however, not all work can be carried out on site. Many jobs require machines to be transported to our dedicated workshop. This is becoming increasingly common as machinery continues to develop, becoming heavier and more complex.
Our workshop is fully equipped to assist with advanced diagnostics and repairs, allowing us to provide the quickest possible turnaround while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Liability:
While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your vehicle, we are not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle during servicing. You are advised to remove all valuables before leaving your machine with us.
We are not liable for any damage or loss caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, theft, vandalism, or other external events.
All machines serviced on-site or off-site remain the full responsibility of the owner at all times. Although we will endeavour to care for machines left at our premises, Agritrac accepts no responsibility for damage, fire, or theft of any vehicles.
Warranty Exclusions:
Agritrac does not provide any warranty or guarantee on tractors where poor workmanship, unauthorised repairs, or work carried out by unqualified personnel is evident, including the installation of non-genuine or incompatible parts.
We also do not provide any warranty for parts fitted by persons who are unsuitable or unqualified to carry out such work.
Customer Responsibilities:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is in a condition suitable for the scheduled service. You must inform Agritrac of any pre-existing issues, faults, or concerns prior to the commencement of work.
The machine must be fully accessible and presented for repair or servicing with all attachments removed. The vehicle should be in a reasonably clean condition, and the operator’s cab must be clear of debris.
Customers are strictly prohibited from working on or operating machines while our technicians are carrying out repairs or servicing. This is essential for safety and to ensure the work is completed correctly and without interference.
It is the owner’s full responsibility to inform Agritrac of any potential hazards, including any safety features that have been bypassed, disabled, or have failed. This information is essential to ensure the safety of our technicians and the proper handling of your machine.
Warning: All wheel nuts and hitch bolts must be re-torqued after 10 hours of operation. This is the customer’s responsibility.
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that the requested repairs or modifications may compromise safety, violate applicable regulations, or otherwise fall outside the standards of safe and proper workmanship.
Due to the technical nature of the vehicles and the detailed process involved in diagnostics, technicians must be provided with a quiet, safe, and distraction-free environment when working on site. Customers must ensure that such conditions are maintained at all times.
Agritrac operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, negative, or threatening behaviour directed at any member of staff. Any such behaviour will result in an immediate halt to all work and the closure of the customer’s account. All outstanding amounts will become due for immediate payment, and failure to comply may result in legal action.
Completion Date:
We will use our best efforts to complete the work or supply goods within any time estimate provided. However, all timeframes are approximations only, and time shall not be of the essence. Agritrac shall not be liable for any delays.
We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to delays in parts supply, couriers, or third-party services. While we take great pride in sourcing parts quickly and efficiently—and maintain high stock levels to minimise downtime—delays may still occur.
At Agritrac, we aim to provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) of 2–36 hours for breakdowns, with urgent breakdowns prioritised. This priority service is available exclusively to account holders, and only for vehicles that have been serviced by Agritrac, or have had a reasonable level of maintenance carried out by Agritrac, within the previous 12 months.
Vehicles that have not been serviced according to the manufacturer’s recommended schedule, or have not received a reasonable level of maintenance by Agritrac within the past 12 months, may be subject to an ETA of five (5) or more working days.
Complaints:
We value all our customers. If you have any complaints regarding your order or the use of our website, please email us at info@agritrac.ie.
